Real-life Depression

When suffering from depession it is common to feel isolated and as though you are the only person who has ever experienced the emotions which you are currently feeling.

When depression symptoms occur your mood is at a low ebb and it can feel as though seeking help is beyond you.  You are not alone and there is help which is easily accessible and treatment which can be very effective.

It may seem hard to imagine life beyond depression and yet here we have compiled accounts from real people who have been where you are today and come out the other side to live happy and productive lives.

Many of our real life accounts tell of the difficulties experienced by sufferers of depression who have since become inspirational individuals having won their battle with the disorder.

Depression is a common condition and comes in many different forms but through our 'real life' accounts you will find threads of similarity which you can relate to and, hopefully, draw comfort and hope from the courageous people who have shared their experiences with us.

If you have a story which you feel you would like to share with us we would be happy to hear from you.  You can contact us.
