Reviews

Here we try and test products and services, books and materials to try and find the ones we can recommend to you.

Books, DVD and other materials of this nature can be very helpful to better understand many mental health conditions. Sometimes this can be first hand accounts, and at other times it is good to have literature written by professionals and experts in the field.

Products and services you may find useful are also included in this section, from relaxation breaks and treats to help with stress, through to more unusual things we have found to be useful.

If you have anything you would like us to review please email [email protected] wth the word 'review' in the title bar. We may not be able to reply individually as we receive hundreds of review requests and like to work closely with our suppliers.
