Experienced Psychosexual Therapist and Relationship Counsellor, working both privately and for Relate. Sarah has worked in allied services for over 30 years much of it dealing with relationship and social issues. In more recent years she has concentrated on couples and families, and sexual problems.

Private and confidential counselling for both couples and individuals experiencing a wide range of relationship difficulties.

Sex therapy offers help to those experiencing any of the following:- Loss of Desire, Erectile Dysfunction, Premature Ejaculation, Vaginismus and Painful Intercourse and other equally distressing conditions.

Gender and sexuality issues.

Referrals are taken from individuals and the medical profession. 

Mediation and conciliation services to separating couples is also available.

Both short term and long term work is available. Daytime and evening appointments and occasional weekends.

Behaviourism, Solution Focussed work and Brief Therapy techniques. Sensitive, supportive approach aiming for self determination and opportunity for personal growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Social Work. Leicester University
• Relate Diploma in Psychosexual Therapy
• Relate Certificate in Marital and Relationship Counselling
• Life Coach Certificate Newcastle College.
• NOCN Group Skills [Theory and Practice] for Trainers

Experience with a full range of societal and relationship problems. 

Worked for many years with families in conflict focussing on resolution and improved communication. 

Involved in Group Work and training young people, and also Employment Assist Programmes assisting clients with self esteem issues.
