If you come with a specific issue (e.g. a relationship difficulty,  bereavement, a problem at work, stress etc.) then we can work in a focused way on this issue. Many people find that a few sessions (6-12) are enough to help and they move on with their life.

Fees

£37 a session for individuals

£40 a session for couples

Sessions last for an hour. There are a limited number of low cost places if required.
