Karen offers a warm, safe and confidential space for you to be listened to. 

Working at your pace helping you to explore what you really want both from the counselling therapy and then concentrating more specifically on areas in your life/relationships you'd like to change or improve. 

If you have problems that keep going around and around in your head. If you are unhappy and can't identify why. If you are really struggling to cope with life counselling can offer an amazingly good emotional release, offering you the comfort of feeling truly listened to. 

Experience of working with family problems: relationship breakdown, divorce, bereavement, conflicts with parents, children, friends. Domestic violence and rape.

Also worked with those with low self esteem, depression and anxiety. 

Drug and Alcohol addictions and the partners of those with addictions.
