Jacqui is a psychotherapist, EMDR practioner and psychologist, working with anxiety disorders, depression, bereavement, panic disorder, OCD, specific phobias, generalised anxiety, social anxiety, PTSD, acute distress disorder and substance induced anxiety disorder.  She is a recognised Anxiety UK Therapist.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) can help if you:

CBT is a talking therapy. It can help people who are experiencing a wide range of mental health difficulties. What people think can affect how they feel and how they behave.
