Georgie has experience of working with anxiety, bereavement, depression, relationships, self-esteem, sexual abuse, stress, trauma and supporting clients through difficult life situations.

Qualifications

  • BACP accredited counsellor and an independent counsellor on the UKRC Register.  
  • Adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.  
  • Trained an an Integrative counsellor and work essentially person centred.  
  • Undertakes 30 hours professional development each year.
  • Committed to regular and ongoing supervision.  
  • Insured to work in private practice. 
  • Advanced Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (CPCAB - 2003)
  • BA (Fine Art)
  • 1305 hours to date of supervised client experience.  
  • Work in a charity and in private practice.  
  • Experience of both short and long-term counselling.
