Anyone who helps people with emotional distress or mental health problems, that conform to NHS guidelines for England and Wales.

We are building a comprehensive directory including addiction and rehab centres, websites, services and of course counsellors (see the full category list in our counselling directory). We want to include anyone who will aid those coming to us find the further help that we cannot offer. Whilst we signpost throughout our articles to help readers find other charities and online help, we have found many are looking for counselling and treatment.
