Community

In this section of the site we hear from the mental health community: service users, carers and bloggers alike. This is our online mental health community and we want you to be a part of it. You can send letters, stories, poems, and questions, you can comment on our blogs and read what others are saying, feeling and doing.

We have features and tips that are written by experts, but these are more about how to care for others with mental illness and other more 'community' based articles.

We also review products and services we believe may be of use to you - if you would like to submit a review about a mental health related product please do send it to us on the email below, likewise, if you have something for us to review, please do the same.

We believe that in sharing our experiences we can really help others, adversity and experience breed wisdom and in sharing our wisdom we can move forward to educate and care for others who may be having similar experiences.

This is quite a new addition to the site so we want to add your news and views - send us tips, stories and othe mental health related features to [email protected] - please note in doing so you give us the right to publish unless you state otherwise, so please do use the name you would like to accompany your piece.

We hope you find our community a welcoming and comforting place to be.
